Pockets of Bliss was created with one simple idea in mind, to bring small moments of happiness into everyday life.

What started as a love for thoughtful gifting has grown into a small business dedicated to helping people send a little joy, comfort, and kindness to the people who matter most. Whether it is a birthday, a difficult time, a celebration, or simply a thinking of you moment, sometimes the smallest gestures can mean the most.

Pockets of Bliss was also born from my own journey with mental health. During some difficult times, I found comfort in small things. A thoughtful gift, a kind message, or a simple moment of care. Those little pockets of happiness inspired the name and the heart behind this business.

I speak openly and honestly about my mental health and a wide range of topics in the hope that by sharing my experiences it might help someone else feel a little less alone. Pockets of Bliss is not just about gifts. It is about kindness, connection, and reminding people that it is okay to talk about how they feel.
