Our aim here at Pockets Of Bliss is to provide self-care, wellness and gift boxes to put a smile on whom ever receives one. All our boxes are curated with sincere passion and empathy after my own personal struggles with mental health.
What are your operating times?
Our official online customer service operating times are:

10:00am - 4:00pm GMT
But you may find us answering messages and online out of official hours, as we don't sleep and love to chat!
Where are you based?
Only online at the moment, although we never say never to a physical premises one day.
Are your products ethical?
You have come to the right place! We are proudly vegan, so absolutely cruelty free. We endeavour to only use packaging materials and fabrics that are ethical. We pride ourselves on continuously evolving in this field.
Here at Pockets of Bliss we are serious about the sustainability of our gift boxes and every gift box has been put together with our planet in mind.
We are a Eco conscious business and also vegan owned. This means we really do care about the planet and kindness, love and empathy is all wrapped up in each and every gift box that we send out.

All the yummy treats in our boxes are fully vegan. This is inline with our own ethos and for the planet; 'Veganism is the single biggest way to reduce our environmental impact.'
What is your general order information?
If your order has not been despatched, you can still amend your delivery address. Please just email me at hello@pocketsofbliss.com or via our contact form, stating your order number and address change.
If you need to cancel your order, all orders have to be cancelled prior to dispatch. Please ensure you cancel the order asap if you need to. Please contact me athello@pocketsofbliss.com or use our contact form to cancel your order, quoting your name and order number.
As we try to dispatch your orders as fast as possible, it means that once an order is placed its extremely rare we can catch it fast enough to amend it! This means we cannot remove items, change items, add items or combine orders.If we are unable to stop your order for amending you will need to return any unwanted goods at your own expense for a refund or exchange or place an additional order for anything you forgot to add.
I've not received my order?
If you order has not arrived in the allotted time, your tracking reference number doesn't work OR your tracking reference states your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact me at hello@pocketsofbliss.com asap or use our contact form and we will begin a process to resolve your issue.
I have received the wrong/faulty item?
This is a super rare occurrence, but if this does happen, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us via our contact form or email at hello@pocketsofbliss.com, stating your order number and outlining your order issue.We will ensure this gets rectified as soon as possible!
Payment methods, currencies & VAT
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa Debit, Visa Electro, Mastercard, Visa, UK Maestro, American Express, GooglePay and Apple Pay. We also offer processing of orders via Paypal and where you can pay using your PayPal account and any other credit or debit cards.
We now accept Klarna payments too.
How long do Gift Vouchers last?
You or your recipient have two whole years to redeem your gift card from the date of the gift card purchase. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the gift card, so please take note of this.
Where can I redeem a Gift Voucher?
You may redeem a Pockets of Bliss gift card directly at pocketsofbliss.com (online store) ONLY (subject to website terms and conditions.)
How can I redeem a Gift Voucher?
o redeem a Pocket of Bliss eCard, simply enter the unique gift card code at checkout on our store pocketsofbliss.com ONLY.
What can I buy with a Gift Voucher?
Gift Voucher balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
You may use your gift card towards a purchase of any product found on Pocketsofbliss.com. This can be for products of a higher face value of the gift card; on payment of the difference, or just use part of your gift card for any items at a lower face value.
Can I exchange my Gift Voucher?
Gift cards cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. They also cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.
Can I get a refund on an item bought with a Gift Voucher?
Yes. We still offer refunds as per normal even if products are bought with a Gift cards. The refunded amount is refunded back to the original Gift Voucher, not to another card or a cash alternative.
Do I have to use my Gift Voucher in one transaction?
No. You or the recipient may use the Gift cards towards as many transactions as you wish, until it is empty.
What happens if I don't spend the whole Gift Voucher amount?
If the Gift cards expires and the full amount was not spent, unfortunately the remaining balance will be cancelled. We give 2 full years to spend the gift card, so we hope this never happens.
Are Gift Vouchers like real money?
Essentially they are. Gift cards should be treated as cash, and Pockets of Bliss will not be liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or misused gift cards. So keep them safe!
Can the terms of the Gift Vouchers be changed?
Yes we reserve the right to change any terms and conditions of the Gift Vouchers at any time; including cancellation of a voucher, without affecting your legal rights.
What is your general shipping information?
We ship globally from the U.K to customers Worldwide.
However, due to new GPSR laws we are unable to send to Ireland, including northern Ireland or the EU at the moment. We are hoping to navigate away to resolve this service.
Our order processing times are 9am-1pm (GMT), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1pm, weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next day.We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
Sometimes in busier periods we may have a short delay, however will work to get your orders out ASAP.
What are your shipping costs?
We ship within the UK and worldwide including Europe and Ireland due to GPSR laws.
We offer simple flat rate shipping, and we also provide FREE 2nd class shipping within the UK on orders over £50.
Every shipping option we provide is sent using a fully tracked service.
U.K FREE RM48 spend £50 or more
U.K Next Day Express - £15
RM24 1st Class Tracked - £6
RM48 2nd Class Tracked - £4.50
All subscription plans in the UK have shipping included for the duration of the plan.
What are your shipping times?
All domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail or selected courier as standard, and all services are fully tracked from end-to-end.
Once dispatched orders should arrive within the time frames below for each region. Shipping times are just an estimate and can never be completely guaranteed, although the success rate for on-time deliveries is extremely high.

Tracking numbers are provided at the time of order despatch, but please email us at hello@pocketsofbliss.com at any point during your order process and we will provide you with any help tracking your order.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes we do on any shop item. We are a small business and returns can be costly for us, and also for you with the return shipping costs during the process. So please ensure the product definitely isn't right for you before trying to process a return with us. If you have really tried out your new product and it just isn't for you, we operate on a 30 day returns policy and will accept exchanges/refunds on all products (except digital), unless otherwise stated, but only if the goods arrive back still in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging, and no product modifications or being tampered with in any way. Shipping is paid by the customer for any returns.
How do I return goods?
Once you've contacted us regarding your return for either an exchange or refund, we may ask for photographic proof of items/packaging to substantiate your claim.
Pockets of Bliss will act accordingly on your claim by offering a refund, replacement item, and providing instructions of how to return to us.If an item needs returning we will ask you to do so before a refund/replacement item can be processed.The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back. We would refund your return shipping costs if the item is sent back and verified so, for one of the reasons below:
- Items arrive damaged in transit
- Items arrive not as described
- Items arrive faulty
Once your order is initially received, any damage/faults need to be reported to us via email within 48hours of being received.
When sending goods back, you will need to send safe and securely, to stop and damage occurring in transit, via a tracked delivery method.
All items need to be filed for return/refund within 30 days of receipt, and only if goods are in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging.After receiving your returned parcel, we will inspect it and the contents, and ensuring everything looks good, and be in touch to get your return processed super quick!
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns where products have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession or in return transit.
International Returns & Warranty
You are still able to return any goods within 30 days for a refund, but you would be liable for any delivery or admin costs associated with your return when it arrives back in the UK. Please label the package clearly as RETURNED goods or to the RETURNS Department, if you do not, there would be an Import Duty/VAT charge payable to release the goods back to us. Pockets of bliss would then reserve the right to refuse delivery if this happens and/or deduct the amount from the refund given.

Terms & Conditions – My Monthly Bliss Box by Pockets of Bliss
By subscribing to My Monthly Bliss Box by Pockets of Bliss, a subscription box filled with self-care treats, books, and relaxation essentials, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use this site or subscribe to our service.
Online Purchases & Terms of Sale
To subscribe, you will need to create an account, which will require you to provide personal information. All of this information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
This site is for users aged 18 or over. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Registration
To subscribe, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and ensuring that your payment information is up to date.
Subscribing & Commitment Terms
By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the selected term (minimum 3-month or 6-month commitment) in exchange for receiving My Monthly Bliss Box by Pockets of Bliss.
Your first box is 50% off (£15 instead of £30).
All remaining boxes in your commitment period will be charged at £30 per month.
Your subscription is ongoing until cancelled.
If you select a 3-month or 6-month plan, you are committed to paying for the full term before you can cancel. If you choose to cancel early, no refunds will be issued, and you will still be liable for any outstanding payments.
Subscription Renewal
By signing up for My Monthly Bliss Box by Pockets of Bliss, you agree that:
Your subscription automatically renews after your chosen term (3 or 6 months) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Any promotional discount (e.g., 50% off the first box) does not apply to renewal payments.
We do not offer refunds for auto-renewals if you fail to cancel your subscription in time.
If you do not cancel before renewal, you will be automatically billed for a new term of the same length.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. However, this does not cancel any payments due for your initial commitment period.
Important Notes:
Cancelling does not issue a refund for any already-paid boxes.
If you cancel before completing your commitment term (3 or 6 months), you will still be charged for the remaining months before cancellation takes effect.
Discounts applied to the first box assume you will complete your full commitment term. If you cancel early, you will be required to pay back the discount received on your first box.
To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for the next cycle, and the cancellation will apply to the following term.
Return/Refund Policy
All sales and subscriptions made on our site are considered final. The Company complies with distance selling laws, so if there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by My Monthly Bliss Box by Pockets of Bliss, we will do our utmost to rectify the problem.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and intact. If the products have been opened or used, we will not accept a return or offer any refund. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription when you wish.
Correspondence
We will send you email correspondence and newsletters following orders and registration by members. You can opt out of these at any time by following the instructions in the email or via your account settings.
Pricing/Errors
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may cancel any offer and reserve the right to correct errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not your credit/debit card has been charged.
If your credit/debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit/debit card account for the full charge.
You accept that your subscription being ‘auto-renewed’ on the date advised at sign-up is not considered an error liable for refund.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline it. The Company also reserves the right to decline sales to any party.
Warranty
You are responsible for deciding if the products you receive are suitable for you, including any potential allergies or hazards. You agree that the sole solution for any damage arising from using our products will be credited towards your next subscription box as determined by My Monthly Bliss Box by Pockets of Bliss.
We will not offer any compensation under any circumstance
