My dear friend of over 40 years who has been going through a hard time recently was so impressed with the quality of the items in her gift box that it cheered her up and was a very welcome birthday surprise. The packaging and presentation was good and although pre-ordered delivery was spot on. I would highly recommend POB for its customer service and gift ideas if you have a family member or friend who deserves a little pampering.

I love the ability to create your own box and love all the items I got. I had an issue with customs getting the delivery to Ireland, totally the post office's fault and not the fault of the seller but she gave me the option of a refund or to send the order again by courier which she did and I'm so glad I finally got them. She kept in contact and replied really quickly.
