So, I’ve written an eBook! It was a truly cathartic experience, and in a way, it allowed me to reflect on just how far I’ve come in my mental health journey.
I wrote this eBook for three reasons:

2️⃣ To share how I found my way through my own darkness.
3️⃣ To continue raising awareness about mental health.
Reading or watching others share their experiences with depression helped me feel less alone, and I hope that by sharing my story, I can do the same for someone else.
I’m not a doctor, scientist, or therapist, but I do have first-hand experience—and sometimes, that can be just as valuable. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on anyone, but if my words can offer even a little comfort or support, then writing this was worth it.
